I own 6. Ibanez P-Bass, Squire Mustang Bass, SX Jazz Bass, Old Fender P-Bass, New Squire Affinity P-Bass (alder body/rosewood board), and a brand new Fender American Standard Sunburst with Tortoise PG and rosewood board.

I agree too! Just got one today and it's really really great! Sunburst, alder, rosewood, maple. Affinity P Bass. $179. I was surprised when I saw the covered tuner gears, but it's not slipping even with poundin' and slappin'. :hyper:
