We all use different buds. I am currently using Shure SE215 buds. My guitarist just bought some KZ buds. Not sure what the others are using.

My band played there in September. Their sound guy was new. My sound guy helped him to mix us and we sounded great - we run an in ear system and no amps and e drums. The bands after us sounded horrible and were way too loud.
