Somewhat stupid question, but I noticed that most people that use the tone styler speak of their P-bass. Is it primarily a p-bass thing? Does it work/sound the same with the Js?

I must say that the lakland is a well-built instrument. I am totally impressed with the quality of the bass and the excellent playability.

I'm interested in this but just can't pull it off with cash. What I do have is a KSD Proto J5 that I like, but willing to part with, if your interested in a Jazz. I've never heard or seen this bass in reality but from all the comments about it, it seems enticing.
