    I have a Squier 77 VM. White binding and inlays. Real. I also have a Squier 70s jazz. It has black. Why would they inlay White but paint black? The prices are identical.

    The squiers with white block inlays and neck binding are real pearloid. (and plastic). And they cost the same as the black inlays. Why wouldn't they be real?

    Gunmetal hardware sucks!

    I recently purchased an instrument that has gunmetal tinted Chrome Hardware. Wherever you've touched it the gunmetal has worn off exposing beautiful Chrome underneath. I would like to clean every bit of the gunmetal off, leaving sparkling Chrome Hardware. Any idea what the easiest method would be?
