Road Worn = Mexico

50s P would be my second choice. Loved the thump and low end of the P, but the J is more versatile sounding.

After playing a ton of basses today, I chose the 60s Road Worn bass. The guy also gave it to me for $600, not $750! I love the way it feels and sounds. Very comfortable and broken in.

Would the (2) bass above count?

Not decided on P vs J for me... mostly going to be for recording-- so the J option I've heard is more flexible for a better array of tones. Anyone have a Road Worn J they prefer over the regular MIM J bass? Can a J get the P sound? (but the P won't get all of the J's sounds)

Is that "EX" a typo? What does that mean? It almost looks like the 50's Road Worn bass...?
