I'm a huge Badlands fan, and a fan of Greg's as well....fantastic bass player but lets face it...you and I and a handful of other fans of 80's Rock are the only folks who really remember him. Those 2 Badlands albums were excellent but I don't think any company, much less Fender, would sell many...

If that baby was any other finish than Maple, I would be asking you to broker a deal for me on that if you decided not to buy it....but I already have a maple 4 :(

Depends...I just sold a Maple/Maple Cirrus 5 for $1600 ;) But it truly was a stunner with amazing birdseye fretboard. Don't get me wrong, I love a great deal but I don't see any reason why a USA Cirrus from the 2000's should be any cheaper than a USA Spector from the same era.

Yes I am definitely aware that its not a USA...BXP's are not made in USA

I don't know how to tell the diff since there doesn't seem to be any indication on back of the headstock. Someone else may know....I have played several BXP's over the years, and they are fine and sound very good....but personally I wouldn't spend $600 on it. But if its local to you, go check it...
