Guys I've been wonder on the purple it has a 35" scale compared to the Blue's 34" does that 1" make any real difference. I mean the extra 1" is more than welcome just because it'll be drop tuned so the extra scale length helps with tension right?

I'm in the market for my first 5 string bass. I had been looking at a few brands but have nailed it down to ESP. So I'm looking for some input from you ESP-LTD players, or those of you who in your search for a bass have picked up an ESP-LTD. What I'm really interested is their durability...

I played one at the NAMM show in January and it had a very playable neck and the stock pups+bridge isn't all that bad considering the price point. I def would change out the pickups if I picked one up but for what it is definitely worth their asking price.

No joke I would play the hell out of that bass xD
