I've always been blown away by how clean the bass parts are played on spastic inks album ink complete. I haven't personally attempted any of them as of yet, but I'd be willing to bet they'd be a b*%#h.

I find Stephan Fimmers bass parts on Necrophagists 'Epitaph' very difficult to play clean.
