John is a great guy. I wish I had ordered my bass through him. Even just asking him simple questions about some of the gear he has for sale gets you very thorough answers. Also, the fact that he orders basses far out really cuts down on lead times, which is super duper awesome.

Thanks all. It appears I'll have to bug my dealer again. The only reason I reached out to Dingwall was because they were also not getting back to me, which means I gotta get to the bottom of it.

Good to know I'm not the only one. It's been a long wait, but if others are in the same boat, then at least I know I'm not getting the runaround.
