So…. I can actually get my NXT112 and HP rig in my MX-5. Cab rides shotgun with my bass in a gig bag. Everything else in the trunk. I do need to put the top down to load, but can put it up to drive away.

New cover band had our first gig last weekend. Fortress Beer Works in Spring, TX. My granddaughter decided to come help me play.

We get some good cover bands here in Cypress. Not to far from Prairie View.

I am in process of making my rig small enough to fit in a Miata. My only standing gig is at a church, but I keep an amp there. Bass rides in the passenger seat. The few other things I bring ride in the trunk. Bummer my berg nxt 112 does not fit in the trunk. Got a barefaced one10 on the way...

I have a One10T on order. Needed a Miata compliant cabinet. My berg NXT 112 is about 1/2” to wide to fit through the trunk opening. Ordered it in July. Production time is 6-10 weeks. Chatted with them a week or so ago and they are running closer to 10 weeks right now.

I walked in to a bar and there was a cover band playing. They sounded great. Upon inspection of the band, no one was plugged in. The only people actually playing live were the drummer and singer. The "keyboardist" had a backing track he would start for every song. Two guitarist, a bassist...

I use in ears and an amp on stage. The amp is for my band mates. They all use floor monitors and like to hear me, but not in the monitor. I could do with just a good preamp.

Only had it a few days, but really enjoying it. I got the CX5 because my granddaughter was living with us and I needed a car seat friendly vehicle. If she would not have not been the case I would have made this purchase three years ago.

Has zero space. My 12” cab just does not fit in the trunk. Other than that I don’t haul anything and rarely have a passenger. No kids at home anymore so don’t have to deal with that

I have been wanting one of these for a few years. Wife told me about a year ago I could if I wanted. It is my fourth Mazda. Giving my CX5 to my middle kid. 2023 MX5 RF
