awesome, I want to get a BA I, but just don't want to get one and find out it's not going to work out.

is there anyway you could take a measurement of the width of it? Also, I think the current bridge on my short scale EB copy is really small/skinny. The two outer grooves the strings go in are only 2" (a little less even) apart, does that seem really short-spaced?

Anyone know if the BA I is skinny enough for most short scales? from outside groove to the other outermost groove is around 2" - pretty skinny from what I've heard for shortscale. I need to replace the old one cause it's a piece and it buzzes like crazy.

Now ^that^ is my kind of rig, Those greens are hard to find and really damn expensive. I'll have to grab the camera and post some pics of mine soon.

Does the BA I work for short-scale as well? If someone has one around, could they be so kind to tell me the measurement from the two end saddles, groove to groove? Or do you file those ones yourself? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I've posted around a few other threads with not much...

I wish I could find ANYTHING on short scale bridges, I need one and can't find a dang thing.

I would like to know this as well because if they do, shouldn't you be able to buy a replacement one seperately? Also anyone know of a manufacturer of short scale bridges? I googled the crap out it and didn't find anything.

I really like the look of those, they look promising at the least. My whole thing is that the bass doesn't have the big holes drilled in it with the screw mounts in them - I'd have to drill them myself. I am more than comfortable doing it, but just want some input as to if anyone has installed...

can you use regular saddles on a short-scale bridge? I'm guessing not, but I do have the rest of the original bridge, and I'd post a pic but I'm at work right now and don't have one handy.

the bass I'm looking to use it on is shortscale, does that matter?
