    Best Iron Maiden song

    If someone had a gun to my head and said, "Choose one or die, Maiden freak" I would choose "Phantom of the Opera", both for listening and for playing. A wonderful song with interesting parts, and it resolves nicely. Erik

    Loved Iron Maiden, some friends needed a bass player, so I stole my cousin's bass and learned how to play.

    This was an old Sears bass, weighed three hundred pounds or so, the neck was around eight inches wide. Beautiful instrument. Seriously, I wish I still had it. Erik

    Saw DSOTM tour in Indy, best thing I'd seen up to that point...UNTIL I beheld The Wall at Madison Square Garden in October 2010! Long live Roger Waters. Great bassist, great songwriter, great great great. Already have tickets for The Wall in Louisville next June. Erik
