I'll admit I was heated up when posting after getting frustrated by the delay and lack of communication; you were 100% responsive to text messages but I still think a heads up on the order being delayed coming from the business without having to text and do more follow-up myself.

Look, there's clearly some communication breakdown but at least a few others have had similar experiences with not hearing anything about a delay until reaching out. A select few, but it's apparently still not unheard of to place an order and then have radio silence until the customer reaches...

Didn't realize I had to go to a talkbass thread or send a text message to get an update on my delayed order (that I didn't know was delayed until taking said action). It's not something I've had to do in the past with other online shopping.
