They look great, not surprised they sold out - hopefully not to scalpers and flippers! It's a really clash of two world's with JT playing Dingwall. Seen them live a few times and he had an NG, you could really hear it popping through the mix.

I’ve had both, well it was the SR705, and I would choose the 1006 in a heartbeat. The sound is far far superior, so is the build quality. Only thing in favour of the i by would be that it would be a bit light in weight.

I have one too but without those upgrades. I love this thing stock but if I could just find it in a 5 string it would be my perfect bass. Happy playing!

I have the 4 string in black and apart from the high action and easy to sort sharp fret ends out of the box this thing looks and feels really good irrespective of it’s price point. I was worried about the tuners but they seem fine, the only gripe is that there appear to be some uneven frets but...
