Absolutely. For the most part, any amp will accommodate a 4 or 8 ohm speaker load. A handful will do the 2 ohm bit but that's not a concern unless you're considering running (2) 4 ohm enclosures in parallel. What are the amp and cab in question? Riis

We're on the same page...I particularly like the 2nd schem (side view) but with one question. Are we looking at introducing the wrench between the nut and retainer OR slipping it up thru channel access at the end? As for the latter, it wouldn't be a "straight shot" while attempting to engage...

I'm out of the biz but custom seating / mobility was a component of our realm. I'd be looking at the hardware which can be mounted to the lower frame members of a manual W/C and improvising. We used to install trays / platforms for ventilators, oxygen cylinder holders, and telescopic IV poles...

Alexa turns lights on & off in our rehearsal space. Also have it networked with our PA so we can pull-up tunes as suggested on-the-fly....it's been a godsend. Riis

If the fence is in a less-than-perfect state, watch (...and photograph) him tearing it down. With the survey in hand, file a suit and he'll have to build you...get this...a new fence! ...or you can be a nice guy and just give him a copy of the survey. Riis

I'd experiment with the over-run inside the body cap just to see what softens it up. If going chemical, start with one of the less-agressive citrus-based removers. Riis

Another Nova-inspired feature which I despise: The entire assembly is bolted to a mounting plate. To adjust intonation, you have to slacken / remove the strings, loosen the bolts, jostle the assembly into what may be the correct position, re-tighten the bolts, tune to pitch, check intonation...

May not be necessary but, then again, I don't have a Thunderbird in my stable for measurements. Check the Peter Weiss site for dimensions. You can even e-mail him with pics for additional suggestions and guidance...he answered a couple questions for me. IIRC, he does custom mods in-shop but I...
