Carvin Liquidating

Whoa, nelly! A liquidation sale does not mean the company itself is liquidating. It can just mean they're selling off inventory to raise cash and free up warehouse space. Browsing the Carvin Audio site, I'm seeing lots of items available for sale that are not covered under the sale discounts. For instance, if you look at the MB combos, the MB10 is discounted but not the MB12 or the MB210. There's no front-page announcement saying "Thanks for all your support all these years yada yada yada." I think it's just a sale.

EDIT: per subsequent posts, never mind...

The Carvin Audio factory will be closing our doors, and we are liquidating our stock. Save 25% on most items with promo BIGSAVE. All sales are final.

I ordered a B1000 yesterday using a Fall25 discount. I called early today to cancel, but the phone would not connect to anyone. I emailed and used a contact form to cancel the order before it was shipped.
I just got the message that it was shipped.

To make matters worse, now their site says:
LIQUIDATION SALE- SAVE 25%
Use Code: BIGSAVE ALL SALES FINAL

I recently purchased two amps and six cabinets from them -- just tried to access the warranty or support pages and they are all 404. Are they just walking away from their warranties?

Likely. Courts may require them to set aside a certain amount of money from liquidation to cover warranties, but depending on their debts there may not be anything left.

What's weird is they aren't listing some of the regular MB extension cabs at all, not even with an "out of stock" listing. They just disappeared from the site.
