    And the headstock. It's a lined fretless, mother of pearl fret markers, with a kokobolo inlay around the hole. I put nylon tapewounds on to protect the fretboard.

    You guys don't like painkiller? I like the Live at Tonic birthday celebration with Patton, Laswell, Drake, and Zorn quite a bit... A lot of Zorn's early work is tough on the ears, but his post Masada stuff all has strong melodies and his soundscapes have turned into songs. I'm a huge fan.

    Combo Amp Choices

    Acoustic B200. I picked one up used for $160 not too long ago and was pretty happy with it. I just wanted it as a practice amp, but it blows away my friend's SWR 210C for tone, volume, and clarity. I couldn't believe it, but it really was a far superior sound.
