Great information, and yes, the amp head has pre eq & post eq switch, I would use the pre eq to have a little volume on the cabinet (this to have my own monitor) And yes I want to send a clean signal without any overdriven signal or other effect, so I’ll take a look over the passive di boxes

Okay, sending a signal from the amp head to the mixer in a channel will be mono sound or stereo? Would u use any di box between the bass and bass amp head?
