On the combos that I've played, I've plugged up my BOSS GT-6B pedal up to the input of the amp. So, considering my new rig (WP-100 and WT-1000) do i need to do the same or do I run it to the "effects in" port on the back of the WP-100?

Right, that is my concern as well...keep in mind I plan to run only one of these 410s. I understand how to run both together, but I just don't want to fry anything runnnig just the one. I'm also trying to get the best sound out of running just the one.

Well, i turned it on and didn't blow anything. Can I use another cord for the other channel? and run it in stereo mode? Any pro's/con's to that ?

Hey guys, I just bought two Eden 410s, one is XLT and the other is just 'T' along with a WP-100 pre-amp and WT-1000 amp head. I would like to set up using only the 410XLT (700w - 8ohms). My WT-100 does have a port for mono bridged mode, but I just want to be sure i'm not going to blow...

So what are the brands to stay away from? I'm assuming Behringer is a "no no"...what else? what's the consensus on Hartke?

Kinda weary about Ampeg. I've heard mixed reviews. And playing a Roscoe I do want to pamper it :) But I have found a B series 4x10s that is in good condition and in my prce range.

To explain the Roscoe/Peavey fiasco :P ... I used to have an Ibanez GSR series. The Peavey was decent with that, but I'm annoyed w/ the Peavey/Roscoe combination now for obvious reasons.

Guess I should've mentioned I'm on a budget...lol so, I'm getting the amp head for $300, which I understand is a phenomenal deal for this gear. New tubes and all. I'm willing to put in about $600 for the cabinet. Think I'm dreaming or is that feasible?

The best music store we have in my area is Guitar Center, but they don't have the best selection. They didn't have any combo amps w/ 2 10"s I could try out. I guess really what I'm looking for is some suggestions about what everyone else has found that works best if they've been in similar...
