Quick question...Eden WP-100 w/ BOSS GT-6B

On the combos that I've played, I've plugged up my BOSS GT-6B pedal up to the input of the amp. So, considering my new rig (WP-100 and WT-1000) do i need to do the same or do I run it to the "effects in" port on the back of the WP-100?

I'd run it straight in the input, but you do have choices now.
