    Short Scale Bass Gig Bag

This gigbag fits my Gretsch Electromatic Junior Jet bass perfectly, as well. None of that "tight at the headstock" stuff, either.

The Biggest Acoustic/Electric bass there is!!!

As far as I know, the Earthwood was the only mass-produced ABG that can compete with two acoustics.

    Anti-neck dive device?

Attaching the strap to the headstock (shoestring method) might actually work with a ABG. It sure would look goofy with a P-bass though. -------------------------------------- Design flaw... get a new bass.

    Squire Telebass or Guitarron

Though traditional technique involves "octave" playing, single note playing works quite well on a guitarron, especially in a bluegrass, country, or folk setting. I've played rockabilly, reggae, and even jazz with mine.

    Mexican Guitarron

The guitarron is no stranger to country music. Mariachi bands have been covering old-time fiddle tunes (like Orange Blossom Special) for decades.

    Un guitarrón

At first glance, the traditional guitarron does indeed appear to be tuned much like a standard 6-string guitar. The notes ADGCEA have the same relationship to each other as EADGBE. They are both tuned to ascending perfect fourths, with an exception between third and second strings, which is a...
