Love the feel and tones of the Sterling, took a few mins to adjust to the smaller feel, but instantly loved it. Prefer Stingray 5's over the 4's. Had a 96 Stingray 5 which I sold, so recently purchased a MM Sterling Ray5, made in Indo bass, which I like and will be gigging with it tomorrow...

Just got the Blowtorch, its a killer, agree with other users, this pedal keeps the bottom end alive. 18v gives it heaps of headroom and clarity.Lovin it. Also trying out the El Grande at home, seems to give a great vintagey warm tone.... think i will add the blowtorch to the pedal board though.

Not a fan myself, its usually at the FOH engineers request, so they dont have to compete with stage volume. Not great if your Guitarist(s) insist on turning up their AC30's or 100w stacks so the high freq's take off your ears... On a medium / small stage , its hardly ideal in my experience.
