Not my Yamaha rbx 170, thing still plays pretty decently, pick ups are for sure in need of an upgrade but other then that, been setting it up and playing it still to this day, in fact, slapped some pressurewounds on it last week

Peavey amps with pull punch/bright gain knobs

Oh believe me, I did that so much with my TKO 65. I put that thing through hell at times, hence why I want that sound with the punch option not just the bright. And I really do want the 300 because it's pretty comparable to the max 800, but I don't need that much power haha

Peavey amps with pull punch/bright gain knobs

So I used to have an old school TKO 65 by Peavey that got damaged in a flood and had to be thrown out, I got a basic 50 but it's just not the same, and I've been checking to see what other Peavey combos/ potentially heads that have both the punch and bright pull knobs on the gain. So far I've...

Pressurewound strings ghs vs rotosound (or other brands)

Right, cause if you get rid of the coating then the sound profile would be lost, Fair, cause I was looking for something a bit more easier on the fingertips, not like I don't already play with mainly rounds, and I'm not big on flats, but just wondered if there was something smoother with more...

Pressurewound strings ghs vs rotosound (or other brands)

That's all true for sure, I just know that the ghs's give more midrange punch, probably cause of the nickel, but also I did see the SIT silencers and didn't know if they were pressurewound or not, I thought that they were half rounds because of the description, I'll have to look into them again...

Pressurewound strings ghs vs rotosound (or other brands)

Hey everyone, so I've been curious about pressurewound strings and I've only came across rotosound and ghs to make them. So I've been looking to get the DigiTech bass squeeze with the dual band compression, I was just curious if anyone has or knows about any brand of pedal similar to this kind.
