Wonderful. lol. I enjoy the portability of this orange set up, but not much else. I really need a clean relatively portable loud setup. I know orange isn't the cleanest tone, but I still expected it to fit the bill better than it has. May be time to look into Mesa, Eden, and Genz Benz.

I've ran into it running it into an ampeg 8x10 also. While it doesn't do the same "farty noise" that comes out of the port on the SP410, it still sounds like I'm pushing it too hard at similar levels. I feel like I should be shaking the house with either setup, and I'm simply not.

That is basically what my EQ is, bass and treble flat (neither boosted nor cut). Mids slightly boosted.

I haven't noticed it anywhere else, but typically anywhere else I am playing, it is either in a venue in which I am miced, or at home in practice space which is typically just me playing. I did play one show in a small venue without being miced and it wasn't an issue, but the venue was tiny.

That's how I feel. Even with the acoustic difference of the new place I don't see myself having this issue in an ideal world. Maybe it is something as simple as a low output from my Rick. I'll look into that next I suppose.

Bass is not boosted or cut, but if I start to boost, the nasty "farty" sounds starts quicker as I increase the volume.
