Agree with King Louie's post. Re SBL -- don't know what they're charging now, but got a lifetime membership some years ago for not much $$$ and revisit frequently. Their "add on" courses aren't cheap but you get a 30-day trial and I've never had any pushback on refunds if you don't like the...

Suggest you pick up a copy of Ed Friedland's "Building Walking Bass Lines." IMHO, great for developing technique and helpful regardless of what kind of music you play.

Was looking at a Markbass combo, but then this came along. Like the sound, but have no idea what to offer. In good shape, but I'm concerned about age and repairability. Thoughts?
