I've tried a different power supply, as well as a battery. Same issue. Don't really have any XLR devices to try the phantom power.

It's the last in chain behind an whammy, tuber, compressor, octave, and fuzz. Only switched around the tuner and compressor. Just for an ease of use preference. Powered by one of those SKB pedalboard and a 9V adapter.
