    How bad is the EHX Bass Clone noise?

    I really adore the sound of this pedal from the demos I've seen, but I've heard they can be quite noisy. Is this the case for all of these pedals? Or do some turn out better than others? I've seen a video demonstrating quite a bit of noise from the pedal, but it otherwise has a good reputation...
