In the second movement of the Kussewizki concerto (op.3) in the section with the sixteenth notes what slurring do you guys do? My teacher is having me do 5+7 and it just isn't working for me.

I am looking for a set of strings for a period accurate Bottesini performance, which ones would work best?

Does anyone know how to play measure 57 of Bottesini Concerto 2? I cant find a good way, I've tried all on the G (next to impossible to intonate correctly) all harmonics on the D and G strings (Suffers at speed). Anyone know a better way?

Does anyone know of any concertos that focus more on lower range? I'm looking for something that would really show off the power and depth that is unique to the bass, rather than showing off a range that would be more comfortable for another instrument. Thanks
