humbacker

I want to make my harley benton enhanced MJ-4 passive. My goal is a regular Jazz bass wiring (Vol, Vol, tone) + a 2 way switch to split the humbucker. I found a lot of jazz bass wirings, but how to incorporate the MM and split coil option into that? No knowledge on circuits, just basic soldering...

Just acquired this. Amazing bass so far, seemingly endless tone. That being said, I'm having a hard time dialing in the exact tone for me. Would love a clear run down on how these pickups work. There is a master toggle switch that controls which set of pickups are active, or a blend of both...

I would like to replace the stock humbucker on my Squire Jaguar H in hopes of getting a more brighter tone. Definitely want to stay passive and looking for drop in replacement. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Cheers, Davyo

Hi, I've Yamaha trbx 305 and every time I play B string with more punch, it touches humbacker magnet and makes annoying noise, so it ends up that I can't hear those punches and only getting that magnet sound. Is there some kind of humbacker cover or something? Btw, I'll try to lower humbacker...
