    PRICE DROP $65 SHIPPED CONUS - So one trip down the Polychrome thread and I succumbed to fixing what wasn't broken, and tried the Polychromes. They are fine strings, but on my bass I prefer the Zyex I had been using. These strings were on my bass for 2 days, and have about 3 hours playing time...

    Acoustic Image amps and Kay Bass

    I have a 51 Kay m-1 upright bass and recently purchased an Acoustic Image Coda amp. I'm having trouble getting the bass sound I'm looking for. Can't seem to get rid of that "bonk" sound especially on the d and g strings. I use Innovation Golden Slap strings. I'm working on amp control...
