    Looking for specific effect/pedal

    Hello all, I'm looking for this specific effect and hopped someone here may be able to help. The effect I'm after, whether it be a pedal or a combination van be heard in both of these videos. Can be heard around the 1:16 mark in this one and around the 0:40 Mark in this one Any help at all...
