    Sadowsky Preamp Pedals - Why no Vintage Tone Control?

    I'm a fan of the Sadowsky onboard preamp. I find it to be the perfect amount of tonal flexibility without being overly complicated. The thing I like best about it is the Vintage Tone Control. I use it more than the bass or treble knob by far. But... Like most of us here, I have other basses...

    I bought this on Reverb new from a dealer at the beginning of January, then had it pro setup and VTC installed. It is essentially new w/ warranty - actually much better than new with the setup and additions. Ideally I would keep it as it plays and sounds great but unanticipated expenses force...
