Really nice design, great work so far. Did you already have the template? I am finding template making pretty difficult, any tips? That spiral cut bit is sweet. Mind posting a link to Whiteside?
Mouser is great. You can set up an account and save build lists under any name you like and then share the lists by e-mail. I've done a couple pedal builds using their parts, all top quality stuff.
Sure thing @Gilmourisgod.

Here's the Woodcraft link, where I got it:
Buy Whiteside RFT2100 Flush Trim Up Cut Spiral Router Bit 1/4" D X 1" CL 1/4" SH 3" OL at Woodcraft.com
Here's the same bit on Amazon:
Whiteside Router Bits RFT2100 1/4-Inch Diameter Spiral Flush Trim Up Cut - Up Spiral Router Bits - Amazon.com
And here's the one I will buy to replace it when this one wears out or breaks:

And regarding the templates: I had them made. I designed them in CAD and had them printed in full size. Then I cut them out and made sure everything fit together. Then I sent them to a local sign shop with a huge CNC router table to be cut out. They cut my templates for $40 per run plus materials, unless I supply the material, and then it's just $40 for the cutting. They are top notch guys and they care about quality. I had a couple that were cut slightly off-spec, and they recut them for me at no extra charge, even for material.
