I think it was mentioned as "Good Times" by Chic which is what Rappers delight sampled.

I was really hoping someone else would mention this one, but I don't see it so I guess I'll have to poke my head out and go for it. It's definitely more in the vein of one of your favorite basslines that you listen to and all that, not something that is a need to know song by any means.
