12 bar blues

I've looked around and someone recently tried to show me this but it was a quick instruction. How do you do the 12 bar blues? I just can't figure it out and I don't know any bass chords yet.

Could someone put it in tab for me so I can understand it?

Once you figure it out, in hindsight, it will look easy.
It's a simple, very common progression and something that every bass player must know.

If you mean the one with the 12-string guitar it is, indeed, a 12-bar blues (with a ii-v walk-up to the turnaround).
