It’s a discussion forum, not an agreement forum. If using this forum for its stated purpose amounts to seeking attention, I guess I’m guilty as charged.

Not sure my opinion differs from the mainstream though. Coltrane’s tendency towards overindulgence is and has been a consistently observed perspective if not universally agreed upon. Clearly you don’t agree with it.

Then find another one. This one is several pages long with all kinds of informed and interesting points of view. I’m enjoying it and it seems like others are too.
