12-string bass and Funk Fingers

We just released our album today, and there are some tracks bass players might find fun.

"Truth Is..." features a 12-string bass


"Abducted" has me using Funk Fingers (a la Tony Levin)


"Dancing on the Hill" also uses Funk Fingers, but with distortion

I imagine so - luckily, I didn't quite do that. The 12-string song I played with a pick. The other two, I used funk fingers on my 6-string bass.

Back when I owned some Funk Fingers I would occasionally deploy them on my 8-string bass. It is such an awesome sound! I would encourage anyone to pursue it.
On a 12 it must be humongous!

Yes I did! I think that the recording sessions were before I changed the pickups, but it's hard to remember.
