18 volt power supply question

i bit the bullet and grabbed a WAY HUGE RINGWORM. well, i just realized it requires 18 volts of juice. i generally use one spots to power pedals. is there any adapter for that? or do i need a wall wart? i'm going to assume running it at 9 volts would not be desirable?

Since it does require 18v, you'll need to get an 18v wall power supply.

I used one when I had an 18v pedal. Works good!

That should work, but it will cost more than an 18v power supply. And when boosting the voltage, it should reduce the available current from the 9v supply.

The ISO Pump isn't a whole lot more money and it's much more convenient. You do need to keep track of the total draw on any PSU but the Ringworm only draws 70mA so it's not like it's going to be a huge sore thumb kinda burden on the system.
