anyone with knowlege of a maker from what is now Romania.
Underlined twice is the word Rarmo under that the makers name, the best i can make out is "Ouda Vadum something something.. under that.. 1836 Bucarest.
Has a repair lable from T&H Kasun Baltimore,Md 1947 perhaps this information was transcribed and written inside then. any thoughts?
