That old dude on the band saw is the fender secret! Imagine how many guitars and basses that man cut by hand.
Actually I visited that site several years ago, it's now a bar! But I took my P-bass back for a "visit"...
All that hand labor... which explains why some of those old instruments were *GREAT* and some were not so much...
No masks even in the spray area.
The biggest thing I notice is almost all the woman are wearing dresses and the ones that are not are smartly dressed with nice shirts and slacks, hair done nicely.

I know! And not much in the way of ventilation either. The paint had to be toxic as hell!!!!
There was another video where they talked about how these guitars and basses were thrown together to get the company profitable using unskilled Mexican workers. Allot of people diss Fender but they always will be the #1 production guitar maker.
