1991 Stingray on its way...

Just ordered the blue burst 1991 stingray from Bass NW...can't wait for it to arrive.

Although, it looks like that's the 3 band EQ model, not the 2 band as they describe.
Yeah, I'm not too picky. What's the noticeable difference, if there is one?

It's an '86. The girl's a '90, so no comments if you're over 25
I'm an '89, so I can and will say very nice-to both, especially together
 
when did the stingrays switch over to the 3-band EQ, heel truss rod, and 6-bolt neck? yours might be one of the first!

The 6-bolt was halfway through 1990, my guess is that the 3-band is somewhere around there, and the truss rod...not a clue in the world. Probably about the same time is my guess.

For info about when certain things appeared-check out Link Removed I've spent hours on that site before. So much good information. Edit: Ok, this is the same link Earl posted earlier. They must use domain forwarding or something.
