Hoping someone can help shed some light. I'm looking at a used 1993 Made in USA Fender Jazz Bass. Everything about it looks good. But, the serial # is printed on the back of the headstock while every other picture of every other early 90s US Fender Jazz has it on the front.
It's also in a position on the headstock I haven't seen before - at the bottom of the horn and not in the middle like my Fender Tony Franklin USA.
Can anyone shed some light on whether this is an authentic Made in the USA? Thanks!
