2 Modulus Questions

1.- Are all Quantums 35" , has anyone seen a 34"?

2.- When are the Quantum 5 string 19mm string spacing coming out? I know they are ,just don't know when

let me throw a third one are there any Quantums 19mm string spacing and 34" ?

The 4 strings are 34" scale IIRC.

Nope, all Quantums are 35" scale, even the 4 strings. All I've heard are rumours about a 19mm Q5, but they do make a Q5 wide - it's just a Q6 neck with only 5 strings on it, so you can have string spacing as wide as 22mm. At 19mm there'd be quite a bit of room on the edges of the the fretboard. You might like that, you might not. I've got one 5 with a neck that's only slightly narrower than that and I actually like not having the B and G strings right on the edge of the fretboard.

I've heard rumors either way, but I'm leaning towards no. I don't think Geoff left the molds for them when he sold the company, or that could just be total hearsay.

Sucks too, cause that thing would sell like a hotcake!

I have send some e mails with no response at all, its a shame cuase I really love Modulus basses, but customer service at least for me , haven't worked that well

Any of the guys at Bass Central are great, but Tony at Planet Bass is who I ordered my custom Q5 from, so he prolly could get some answers for you.

i tried emailing mody but they aren't that gud im guessing that its because they busy.

i'd do wat RSB said ring a distributor they much more helpfull,
