The best way to go about this is to just swap your amps out. You can get a speaker selector but those things are expensive.

I just remembered I asked this exact same question a few years ago before we settled on the aforementioned "stack the heads on top of each other and just move the cable, it takes like thirty seconds" solution.

After you have decoded NOT to blow your amps up, get a cheapie mixer and run both basses into one amp. It could even be a passive, unpowered mic mixer.
