Call them, it works! Only if the item isn't already on sale! Doesn't matter if it's on the exclusion list or not. I just called and mentioned that I received a 20% off email, and they gave me 20% off of a Behringer b121d powered speaker for a keyboard monitor. Originally $229.99, which was already a great price, and I received it for $183ish, free shipping, no tax! Thanks!
