I would be a little nervous using a budget rig at high volumes for extended periods, let alone a used budget amp. Seeing as they are no longer made.

I would be a little nervous using a budget rig at high volumes for extended periods, let alone a used budget amp. Seeing as they are no longer made.
Actually I just use it as an overdrive since I already have several vintage Ampegs
But I almost always run my EQ flat anyway.
Hmm might be onto something with the volume thing too......
I never can get it to high in the house without crap falling all the walls and the wife yelling, the dog yapping and the parrot squacking.
2 cabs with 102db 1w/1m each I cant get the volume past 15% with out all hell breaking loose.
The only time I get loud is with guitards and a drummer. So I cant really hear myself 100%.
I have a few things to try now.
I never can get it to high in the house without crap falling all the walls and the wife yelling, the dog yapping and the parrot squacking.
