Just curious to know what people think about the 2010 models compared to the 2009 ones.
Do you think the mid range selector and ditching the MK-1 preamp in favor of the EQB IIIS is a big improvement for the tone?
I'll be the first to admit the MK-1 isn't the best pre in the world and was the weakest link in these basses. So I'm curious to know what others who've bought and/or played the 2010 models think. I haven't had the chance to play one so I'm also curious as to how the 2 changes had an effect on the tone. Did it make it warmer, clearer, etc?
