Could you please speak to the condition of the bass. The photos seem to display some distress to the finish. To the best of my knowledge AVRI Fenders aren't distressed.
Sure-I've had the bass since November in the condition shown in the pictures. Was barely played and didn't leave my house for these months as the neck was a bit too wide for me. The bass was presented to me a light relic as you see in the pictures and in the pictures from the previous owner. I can't attest to the extent to which Fender made these basses as a light relic, but I thought those pics looked pretty darn good before I bought it and when I got the bass home I thought it looked pretty cool. The overall finish does not looked "distressed" to me but I'm not sure what standard we're using to evaluate that condition. It just looks like a vintage bass that's been played a bit-precisely what I was looking for in an AVRI Precision. Hope that helps.
respectfully as an AVRI collector I can say they are not relic'd at factory. good luck with the sale.
Thanks for the input, CitizenChrist. Since there's some question about its "relic" condition, I've edited the title. This beauty is still available; the pics provided show its worn-in look and vintage feel. Please PM me with any offers.
Any interest in a trade with some cash your way? I have a 2015 American P5, a mid 90s carvin fretless, or a Lakland DJ5.
