Just got in my Korean 2012 blue Dano Hodad earlier today. Put some chromes on it as discussed above and it is AWESOME. I'm comfortable on both short scale and long scale basses so I didn't really give the scale much thought, though I kind of assumed it would be 34"... nope, 29.5" from saddle to nut. Regardless, super comfy and great tone. Headstock truss access is great, adjustable bridge rocks... my only complaint is that some of the fret edges are a tad sharp, but that's an easy fix with a little tlc.
