2012 Fender Precision MIM

... received this bass from Fredr last week ,
and it has already moved into rotation of my favorite basses ...

it's a 2012 MIM Precision , loaded with EMG Geezer Butler pickup .

... slapped on a fresh set of Thomastik-Infeld JF 344 flats ,
an aged white pearloid guard , and it sounds and feels awesome !!

Nice choice!
My first bass was a 98 MIM-P that I put the same pups and strings on, and it sings with such great tone.
Putting a Babicz bridge on it really improved the sustain.
